Celcon Blocks

Celcon blocks, also known as aircrete blocks or aerated concrete blocks, are a type of construction material commonly used in the building industry. They are made from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), which is a lightweight, precast concrete material.

Celcon blocks are characterized by their cellular structure, which consists of evenly distributed air bubbles throughout the concrete matrix. These air bubbles are introduced during the manufacturing process by incorporating a foaming agent or by using a chemical reaction that releases gas. As a result, the blocks have a low density and excellent thermal insulation properties.
